Our Return Policy
Returns are accepted only 14 days after the day of purchase.
30-day period for exchanges: ONLY for the same price or higher.
How do returns work:
A return label will be sent once the return request has been submitted (within 14 days from the day of the purchase).
Second step:
Item must be returned within the original package and with attached tags and papers included.
Once the item has been received, one of our certified professional jewelers will inspect the piece of jewelry to ensure it has not been worn or altered and is in perfect condition.
Third step:
Once the inspection has been successful, the return amount will be processed.
For exchanges:
Customers have 30 days from the day of purchase to exchange for an item of the same value or more.
IMPORTANT!
Once the jewelry pieces have been altered, or worn returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Missing papers will result in a fee deducted from the total return amount.
